Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga can be a fantatic way to prepare for birth. The exercises can increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth; as well as reduce stress & anxiety. There is also something really special about gathering with other pregnant women and doing it together - many expectant mamas tell me it's where they meet their mama friends. This yoga class was taught by Faith Davis, who teaches at Mamalove in Boulder.
